The dynamic bar of judicial capital has contributed considerably for developing the cardinal principles of law and justice through its lawyers and judges of the Hon.Rajasthan High Court. Various judgments of this court have richly contributed to the jurisprudence of this country. The academic and learning process has to be strengthen in the bar so as to enhance the capacity and capability to meet the challenging times ahead.
The association has richly contributed to more than 15 academic programmes which include the conferences and discussion on the Jan Lok Pall Bill, The Right Of Children To Free And Compulsory Education Act 2011, Missing Girl Child, The Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Bill, 2011, The Human Rights-Its Changing Dimensions, Prohibition Of Child Marriage Act, Food Adulteration, Environmental Law, The Rajasthan Guaranteed Delivery of Public Services Act, 2011, Finer Aspects of Advocacy, Citizenship to Pakistani Immigrants etc.
To relieve the lawyers from stress the experts taught several techniques in the program on stress management. The association also took a opportunity to salute the nations heroes who sacrifice their lives for the Nation in the independence struggle. The association also conducted two huge sports events, give more unity and integrity to the bar in which events like cricket, badminton, squash, volley-ball, chess, carom and table tennis were held.
The association raised sustained struggle for the cause of lawyers at all times. We gave administrative and technological impetus to the institution of High Court. The wider issues of having more tribunals and wider jurisdiction for the Principal Seat were strongly put forward by the association. The suggestions regarding the magnificent marvel of new building were given for taking the institution a step ahead. The senior designated lawyers were specially congratulated and given a special position of command to have an effective guidance system for the bar so as to enriched by their rich experience. The association through its members participated in the many public projects including providing legal aid and mediation and other constructive activities.
